Update Chain ID Note Format in Entropy Callback Documentation

Changes

  • Updated the chain ID note in the debug-callback-failures page to use the Callout component
  • Improved visual presentation while maintaining the same informational content
  • Ensures consistency with the documentation's component usage

Testing

  • No functional changes, only documentation formatting improvements
  • Verified the markdown syntax is correct
  • Confirmed the Callout component is properly formatted
